Barry

Managing Director

Barry founded Code54 in 2010, having spent the previous 8 years working as a PGA Golf Professional in various challenging roles around the UK. Still a professional to this day, Barry has been playing golf 31 years now, starting aged 9. He turned pro off a +2 handicap in 2002 and achieved moderate success as a player on the Tartan & Irish PGA circuits, as well other UK based Mini Tours. Barry always had an entrepreneurial and creative side which got neglected during the years he was pursuing reaching The European Tour as a player. When it became apparent due to injury and ongoing finances that it wasn't viable to persist with golf any longer, Barry started to study web development, digital marketing, business & sales. He identified the digital industry as being "the future" and one that he could take all the great values learned from golf and previous career positions into.

Blair

Developer

Barry first met Blair through the platform for creatives "Freelancer", where they collaborated on a couple of successful projects in 2015. So impressed with Blair's skill, values and attention to detail, when the opportunity presented itself for Blair to join us in an official capacity, it made perfect sense. Blair hails from Arizona in the United States with a experienced background in coding and web development, he has been a welcome addition to the Code54 team and has now been with us almost 3 years. When Blair isn't busy writing code and building things, he is a very keen cyclist, snow boarder and expert gamer.

Blair works across both businesses here at Code54 & Eagle Eye Golf Media (our sister company).

John

Customer Support

John has been with Code54 & Eagle Eye Golf Media from the very beginning. As a genuine all rounder with a huge amount of experience in sales & customer service, John now looks after all our client support systems and account management. John has been friends with Barry our MD for well over 20 years through the golf industry and together they share similar values as well as an obvious passion for business and golf. John has been a golf professional himself for over 15 years, having played for Scotland & GB&I as an amateur. He brings that elite level of focus, dedication and drive from his playing career to his important role with Code54. In his spare time John is also a very keen cyclist, gym enthusiast, football fanatic and will be very happy to chat about anything dog related.

Heather

Sales Ambassador

Heather joined us in 2018 to bolster the sales & marketing side of Code54. Having provided work to Heather for her own professional golf career she understands our brand values and the way we work better than most.

Based in Stirling, Scotland - Heather works across the two brands we have at Code54 & Eagle Eye Golf Media to generate new business leads and maintain ongoing account relationships. She brings a wealth of experience from the golf industry & business.

Heather has been a golf professional since 2007 and has enjoyed a successful playing career on the Ladies European Tour. Her other passions include, going to the gym, music, the cinema, socialising with friends & family.

Sales Ambassador

We are currently seeking to recruit forward thinking, goal driven and hungry individuals with a flair for sales, to represent our company.

If successful the position(s) will provide the correct candidate an outstanding opportunity to learn, earn and enhance there own credentials. Employment will be strictly on a self employed, commission only basis to begin. The terms of which will be discussed and agreed at the interview stage, depending on the applicant's C.V and experience. The package will provide OTE of at least £36,000 per annum but there is no limit or cap on earnings for the right individual who is willing to put in the effort and demonstrates an aptitude for lead generation and conversion.

The successful candidate(s) will be provided with full product training, business cards and company sales literature. The role will involve contacting or visiting specifically identified businesses and SME's. Sales experienced is preferred but not essential to someone eager to learn with the right go do attitude. You should be reliable, have clear and articulate communication skills, be of smart appearance, with an ability to listen and have a friendly demeanour.

We are looking for candidates to cover certain territories across the UK and Europe. A willingness to potentially travel is preferred, although you will be predominantly based within your locality and working remotely from home. Candidates must have there own vehicle and driving license. Applicants will be invited for interview with a view to commencing employment immediately after full product training is provided.
