My name is Barry Hollywood, and as managing director of Code54 I wanted to put more of a personal slant on this section of the website because that’s exactly what you’ll get when it comes to Code54 consultancy. You will also have access to all my experience and knowledge in terms of strategy, planning and problem solving.
We provide flexible, cost-effective and independent business consultancy without the jargon or sugar coating. Once you start a working relationship with me, you can count on me to develop a vested interest in you and the long term health of your business for as long as you need it. We do not sell or offer any online courses, the consultancy we offer is client facing: meaning you won’t be interacting with impersonal, generic & mass produced webinars or videos that get sent to hundreds of other people. Instead, we will take the time and have the courtesy of visiting your business in person to get to know you as the business owner or alternatively, if this isn’t convenient or necessary we will be be communicating regularly via telephone, video chat and email.
By nature, I like to see people succeed, especially the underdog. I take many of my core values from from my career as an elite sportsman in professional golf, which I now apply to business & entrepreneurship. I am a perfectionist and all about self development. If you set the bar high and apply yourself, you can achieve great things. During my 23 year career, I have learned so much (good & bad) and I want to share all of this wisdom with you.
